What's your return policy?
- Raw Country will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Raw Country discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 90 days of receipt.
- Eligible refunds made within 90 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.
- Any other return/exchange will fall under the Raw Country policy for merchandise credit or merchandise swap.

Unfortunately, while the product is still on Preorder no discounts will be provided
Are Raw Country items made in the U.S.?
All Products are Designed and Printed in the US. They are packaged and shipped by Country Loving Americans.
The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?
If an item is Out of Stock, we can still get it to you. Their may be a bit of delay, but nothing like the DMV.
My Store Credit/Gift Card Code is not working. What do I do?
Contact Customer Service for help with processing Gift Cards and Store Credit.
